The biodiesel (fatty acid methyl ester) and industrial oils produced by the company are processed by such processes as pretreatment, refining, esterification, transesterification and distillation using waste oils from catering industry and food industry as raw materials. Biodiesel, as a new kind of biomass energy, has been widely used because of its environmental protection, recycling, energy saving and emission reduction. Fatty acid methyl ester, industrial oils and fats, as high quality industrial raw materials, are used in plastics, rubber, paint, oils and fats chemical industry, daily chemical industry, building materials and other industries.

The company has strong technical force, advanced production equipment and process technology, complete testing instruments and means, the product quality exceeds the national standard (BD100 GB/T 20828-2014), and all reach the European Union standard. The company has cooperated with henan university of technology, Germany ELR company, Germany EVONIK company and Switzerland KRAFTSTOFF company in technical research and development, which has improved the ester conversion rate and reduced the sulfur content. The company is the only domestic master of biodiesel anti-infection, anti-oxidation and reducing cold filter point technology, and has been granted and applied for more than 10 patents. The company has independently researched and developed the utilization of waste oil with high acid value to reduce the acid value through         Esterification technology, thus achieving a technological breakthrough in one-step production of biodiesel, reducing the acid catalysis process, reducing the investment and production cost and sulfur pollution. The company has developed a new process to directly produce biodiesel in line with eu biodiesel standards by using high-sulfur acidified oil, and has filled in a number of technical gaps through a series of r&d company products. In 2013, the company obtained the ISCC certification of eu, Swiss UCO and biodiesel earlier in China. It is also a domestic company that exported UCO to Britain and South Korea and biodiesel to Switzerland before 2013.
